Seycheles

Seychelles - the pearl of the Indian Ocean and one of the most beautiful places in the world. The beautiful sandy beaches are dotted with unique granite rocks, where the backdrop is dominated by magnificent coconut palms. There are also several national parks, both on land and at sea. Here you can meet the giant tortoise, and in the clear water with visibility of up to 25 metres you can see a whole different world - colourful fish of different sizes, beautiful coral reefs full of life.

For sailors in particular, the Seychelles has a lot to offer - moderate winds and low waves are ideal conditions for sailing. The advantage is that you can plan a One Way Cruise here, so you can visit much more in the time you are at sea than if you had to return to your home marina.

Popular sailing areas in the Seychelles are around the islands of Mahé, Praslin and La Digue.

Another advantage for yachting is that the islands are located outside of tropical storm and hurricane prone areas. Only the monsoons change here, which you can adapt to by using the windward and leeward bays. Seafood lovers can prepare their fresh catch daily on the grill, which is on every boat here.

The climate in the Seychelles is tropical and influenced by the ocean. The average temperatures here are constant throughout the year, with rain showers more frequent in the winter season, while the summer months are mostly dry.

Sailing through time: sailing in the footsteps of ancient Greece

Sailing through time: sailing in the footsteps of ancient Greece

Let's face it. When you say sailing, most of us think of Croatia. It's like our second living room by the sea, we know every rock and every konoba there. But what if I told you that just a little further south lies a world where sails are stretched by the wind of the gods, where every bay tells a thousand-year-old story, and where the word "marina" often means just a piece of rock and your own anchor?

Welcome to Greece. The land where democracy, philosophy and, dare I say it, the best gyros in the world were born. Sailing in Greece is not just about sailing from A to B. It's a journey through time, an adventure and a lesson in humility all rolled into one. So we're leaving the Adriatic and heading to the cradle of civilization!

One way cruise through the historical treasures of the Adriatic

One way cruise through the historical treasures of the Adriatic

Yeah, Croatia. The destination where you meet your neighbour from the apartment block on the beach and where the steak in foil has become a national treasure. But what if I told you there was another way? That you can forget about the clogged motorway and the fight for the last available space on the blanket?
Picture this: sunshine, wind in your hair (or what's left of it), and waking up in a different port every day. No crowds, no stress. Just you, your crew and the endless sea. That's what sailing on a yacht is like. And this itinerary? This one's for connoisseurs. For those who want more than just lying by the water. It's a journey in the footsteps of history, full of UNESCO sites, ancient ruins and pirate stories.
